Booth reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and the Exhibitor Agreement
Booth reservations are on a first come, first served basis
Booth location will be assigned by HVGS
Only one (1) exhibitor, firm or entity may occupy a booth
Each exhibitor must provide the names of their staff working the booth - ID must be presented at check in to the show
Each exhibitor is responsible for all applicable sales tax
HVGS and it’s agents are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accidents or injury that may occur during the show
HVGS reserves the right to deny booth application for any reason
HVGS reserves the right to deny anyone admission to the show for any reason
Exhibitors must complete load in by 4:30pm Friday and all booths must be set up by 5pm
HVGS ask that all amplified demos be limited to less than 3 minutes and at a courteous volume
Absolutely NO TRANSACTIONS will be allowed outside the exhibitor rooms - this will be strictly enforced
Booth break down and/or load out may not occur before the show ends on Saturday at 5:00pm sharp
